Question #1 "Do you have a
print catalog?"
NO. We work from information provided by customer's requests. i.e. photos, drawings, samples, etc....
and also from ideas generated from the NEWT web site Catalog of Shapes and Ideas.
Question #2 "How long will it take to receive my order?"
That depends on the current production load at the time of your order. It is prudent to think that your
order may take 6-7 weeks for processing--on average.
Question #3 "Do you take credit cards?"
NO. We take cash, personal and business checks, travelers checks, etc.
Question#4 "How much will it cost?" See #5
Question#5 "What information do you need to begin processing my order and quote me a
price and turn around time?"
The number of pieces required, the style of the work required, a drawing or sketch or physical sample if
possible, whether the piece is for exterior or interior application, the wood species required, is the piece to
be painted or stained and all appropriate dimensions. Then and ONLY then can a working estimate be rendered
to the client.
Question #6 "When do you require a deposit?"
All orders are required to have a 50% deposit paid before work shall begin and the balance paid before the item is
to be shipped or picked up at our shop.
Question #7 "Do you deliver orders?"
All items will be shipped via common carrier or UPS or USPS, depending on size and weight. New England Woodturners
does not employ a delivery service. You are welcome to pick up the project when completed if you are able.
